1. Product purpose

An open-source, remote-first system control and app management utility for Android TV and Google TV.

2. Core data approach

No analytics, advertising or tracking; the app requests no Internet permission. App usage information stays on the device.

AlpWare Studio aims not to request personal data that is unnecessary for the product and to process sensitive content on-device whenever possible. Rather than making an absolute “no data is ever collected” claim, the current release and store disclosure are authoritative.

3. Permissions

• Android TV or Google TV device
• Separately installed Shizuku and explicit consent for advanced actions
• Optional Usage Access to display app activity

System access and setup steps vary by project. Review the linked repository before installation or granting elevated access.

4. Third-party services

This open-source project can be inspected in source form. Privacy terms of any distribution platform apply separately.

5. Retention and deletion

For local settings and installed components, follow the project’s removal instructions in its repository. Support emails are retained only as long as legally and operationally necessary.

6. Children’s privacy

The product is not designed specifically for children. Contact us if you believe personal data relating to a child was submitted inadvertently.
