Zapret macOSPrivacy Policy

1. Product purpose

Open-source scripts and an optional menu bar app that simplify Zapret setup for Discord on Apple Silicon Macs.

2. Core data approach

Local installation and service control need no account; setup downloads the official Zapret repository.

AlpWare Studio aims not to request personal data that is unnecessary for the product and to process sensitive content on-device whenever possible. Rather than making an absolute “no data is ever collected” claim, the current release and store disclosure are authoritative.

3. Permissions

• Apple Silicon Mac and macOS; macOS 13 or newer for the menu bar app
• Internet connection for installation and administrator access to change network settings

System access and setup steps vary by project. Review the linked repository before installation or granting elevated access.

4. Third-party services

This open-source project can be inspected in source form. Privacy terms of any distribution platform apply separately.

5. Retention and deletion

For local settings and installed components, follow the project’s removal instructions in its repository. Support emails are retained only as long as legally and operationally necessary.

6. Children’s privacy

The product is not designed specifically for children. Contact us if you believe personal data relating to a child was submitted inadvertently.
